Add tenant
The tenant gets its own databases and a first operator, who signs in at the tenant's own address.
Plans
Each tenant holds one plan. It decides which features the tenant can use and how many operators can be enabled at once, and a change takes effect immediately.

Mail settings
Password reset links for the platform administrator and for every tenant's operators are sent from this account.
Phone notifications
Every tenant's agents are notified on their phones through the RM Desk app's Firebase project. One service account sends for all of them; a notification only reaches the phones registered in its own tenant.
Every tenant's WhatsApp goes through the transport this host is set up with. On Meta's Cloud API the platform's app serves every customer: its secrets are set here once, and its one callback address is routed to each tenant by the account it names.
Translation
Tenants translate knowledge articles, canned responses and email templates through the platform's DeepL account. A plan that includes translation gives each of its tenants a monthly character ceiling; a tenant can be given one of its own. Nobody translates past the ceiling.

AI assistance
Tenants draft replies, match knowledge articles by meaning and route new tickets through open-weight models the platform reaches at a host of its choosing. A tenant can switch a capability on only once its host, model and key are saved here. Each tenant has a monthly token ceiling that guards cost; nothing is sold by the token.

New customers sign themselves up at the sign-up address. It stays closed until platform mail and both Cloudflare Turnstile keys are saved.
Prices
Enter each price in the currency itself, such as 19.00 for nineteen dollars, then check Paddle and publish. A price is sold once it is published; a plan without a published price for a billing period is not offered for it.

Agent on a subscription
